Nothing really spectacular [Oct. 24th, 2005|02:32 pm]

I'm gonna be lazy cause my other half doesn't feel like typing, so I'm just going to post my myspace recent journal entry.

Here the deal...

I have a number of basses in mind and here's how it's going down; first off the Eastwood Hornet Bass the vintage style and tone i'm looking for under 400 bucks, only $250...But unfortunately they have on 2 left in stock and by the time I get my money they might be sold out cause they have discontinued making that bass...Just my shitty luck. Now on to the next choice the Eastwood rocket bass another unique vintage style short scale bass, with a nice vintage tone and oddly shaped...That will cost $100 extra but still under 400 bucks. If nothing goes right with the first choice which I have a 50/50 chance I'll pick up the Rocket Bass.

Last on the main list we have the Vintage Peavey T-40,(this was when peavey wasn't making shitty guitar) they have stopped the production of these guitars, but I see them quite a bit on eay and none rarely go over 300 bucks...This guitar is a bit heavy but it has great sustain. I might get this bass somewhere in the long run.

here are the other basses I've came across that I would like to have in the future:

Epiphone Thunderbird
Fender Precision 51,
Italia Modulo
There are more, I just have to get everything in a straight line.

Let's get things on the ball [Oct. 20th, 2005|09:50 pm]

Time to get this show back on the road. Flakes be chapping my ass real good... Anyways not much exciting really happnened enough to talk about.

I've was able to muster up enough courage to tell my ex bandmats to fuck off and quit their shitty band...Now I'm on the pursuit to actually start a decent band. So far these are the places I've checked:

Evansville scene

Punk rock night

and the notorious mypsace

I've had some luck recently and now I'm going to see which opition is best for me.

Rock Over London...Rock on Chicago.
